DAYDREAMING OF SOUFFLE PANCAKES

If you know me, I am a pancake person. I LOVE PANCAKES. 

My favourite homemade type is thin, buttery and crispy along the edges. But Mcdonald's would do too honestly. Haha There was once I tried a popular Japanese pancake mix that made thick pancakes, and I didn't like it at all. 

So imagine my surprise when I FELL IN LOVE with these pancakes! These are the Double Pancake Soufflé Style from Hoshino Coffee that I tried last night and all I have to say is: wow. Its so good, I'm still thinking of them right now. I kid not when I say you HAVE to try these!! I'll be back, I'll definitely be back there for these another day. Soon. VERY soon. ;)

OF GOOD FOOD & GOOD COMPANY

Yesterday was a great day: getting to meet-up with friends, family and well-missed colleagues. Not forgetting the extra add-on we can all use - good food! We went to Strictly Pancakes for lunch, dropped by Wild Honey to say Hi, and ended the day at Ju Shin Jung Korean Charcoal BBQ Restaurant. I'm not ashamed to proclaim that I love to eat!! Glad to have been able to meet my (younger but beefier) cousin who is back from Perth for a week, I always miss him so much! And it was nice getting to spend almost the whole day with Mo. :) Can't everyday be full of good food and gatherings? Eunice
